JOEPAI Valve launches its high-performance 2-Piece Union Ball Valve Series, engineered to meet rigorous JIS 10K/20K & KS standards for Korea’s industrial markets. Featuring investment-cast bodies and zero-leakage guarantees, these valves deliver uncompromising reliability for petrochemical, shipbuilding, and food processing applications.
1. Robust construction: Precision cast body (CF8/CF8M) with high dimensional accuracy and structural integrity. Suitable for water, oil and gas (W.O.G.), working pressure: 800 PSI (10K) / 1,000 PSI (20K). The valve is hydrostatically tested at 1,500 PSI, in accordance with JIS B 2003.
2. Outstanding sealing and safety: This aspect is also tested and guaranteed, with 100% leak test, 100 PSI air underwater verification, and ISO 5208 Class A standard. Pure PTFE® seals and valve seats can achieve zero fugitive emissions, in accordance with FDA/EC1935 standards. For the valve stem, an enhanced design is made to prevent blowout, made of SS304/SS316, which can withstand high pressure.
3. Strong adaptability: Adjustable stem packing, PTFE packing box can be tightened on site without disassembly. The temperature range is from -60°F to 450°F (i.e. -51°C to 232°C), suitable for low temperature to steam applications. Solid ball valve options are available, which can be customized according to abrasive/slurry media (SS316/SS304).
4. Operational advantages: Lever operation, 90° quick closing, with position indicator. Optional locking device to confirm the safety of the valve status, suitable for safety-critical processes. And the valve is jointly designed, without disassembling the pipeline for maintenance.
